The Court of Appeal removes the Speaker of Nasarawa State.

The Abuja Court of Appeal has ousted Hon. Ibrahim Balarabe Abdullahi, the Speaker of the Nasarawa State House of Assembly and an All Progressives Congress (APC) member. In its Tuesday ruling, the court affirmed Hon. Sa’ad Abdullahi Ibrahim (Turakin-Opanda), the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) candidate, as the legitimate victor in the Umaisha/Ugya State Constituency election.
