Snoop Dogg resumes smoking just three days after publicly announcing his ‘quit.’

Just four days after proclaiming his decision to “give up smoke,” iconic American hip-hop artist Calvin Cordozar Broadus Jr., better known as Snoop Dogg, has clarified that the “smoking” he abandoned was not cannabis but rather the smoke from a room warmer.

In a promotional video shared on his X handle on Monday, Snoop Dogg declared he was “going smokeless with Solo Stove.”

In the video, the rapper stated, “I have an announcement, I’m giving up smoke. I know what you’re thinking, ‘Snoop, smoke has carried your whole fame.’ But I’m done with it. I’m going smokeless. Solo Stove fixed fire. They take out the smoke. Clever! [Laughs]”

His initial announcement about quitting smoking “after much consideration and conversation” with his family had led fans and colleagues to believe he was referring to his long-standing association with marijuana.

His peer, Meek Mill, also pledged to follow suit by moving to Dubai to quit smoking, citing a diagnosis of emphysema as his motivation.
