Renowned singer Iyanya, born Iyanya Onoyom Mbuk, recently disclosed the reason behind his commitment to monogamy. In a conversation on the latest episode of the Doyin’s Corner podcast, hosted by reality star Doyinsola Anuoluwapo David, Iyanya attributed his choice to the financial costs associated with dating multiple women.

Elaborating on his stance, Iyanya explained, “I have priorities. I am too busy. Cheating is expensive.” Doyin chimed in, affirming the financial strain of maintaining multiple relationships, stating, “To maintain one girl is expensive, talk more of multiple women.”

Further into the discussion, Doyin shared her personal perspective, expressing her reluctance to accept a modest sum like N10,000 from a man. She emphasized the need for her partner to present monetary gifts in dollars.
