Real estate developer seeks collaboration with Anambra govt to utilise Governor Soludo’s vision to fruition.

Due to the escalating population and the growing need for quality, affordable housing, Rainbow Heritage Group, an Estate Development Company, has sought collaboration with the Anambra State Government and the private sector to realize Governor Charles Soludo’s vision of transforming the state into a livable and prosperous homeland in Nigeria.

Mrs. Prinye Ngelale, the Commercial Director of Rainbow Heritage Group, made this appeal during the official unveiling of “THE GOLF RESIDENCY AWKA,” an estate owned by the group. The event, held at the International Convention Centre Awka, witnessed the presence of key figures such as the State Commissioner for Budget and Economy Planning, Mrs. Chiamaka Nnake, and the Managing Director of the Anambra State ICT Agency, Mr. Chukwuemeka Fred Agbata, along with residents of Awka and the media.

Mrs. Ngelale emphasized the significance of the collaboration, stating that “The Golf Residency” is a low-density development in the new Government Residential Area (GRA) of Awka. This Public Private Partnership project reflects a commitment to providing world-class infrastructure, 1st grade construction, and impeccable finishing designs. The luxury homes are spacious, meticulously crafted, and designed to redefine modern living standards.

The Golf Residency aims to offer a SMART community experience, ensuring a comfortable and stylish living environment for the hardworking people of Anambra State. It includes features such as 24-hour power supply with independent solar and inverter systems, convenience shops, a restaurant, and a clubhouse. The estate will have jogging promenades, parks, thematic clusters for communal connectivity, playgrounds, a centralized water distribution system, and vigilant security personnel with CCTV cameras to ensure residents’ safety.

Mrs. Ngelale invited potential homeowners to join the journey of redefining luxury living in Awka, offering various house types and flexible payment plans. She highlighted the issuance of Deed of Assignment and emphasized strategic partnerships with reputable institutions.

Governor Chukwuma Soludo, represented by the State Commissioner for Land, Prof Affomze Amucheazi, commended Rainbow Heritage Group for seizing opportunities in the conducive environment created by his administration for private enterprises, particularly in the real estate sector. The governor stressed the importance of collaboration with the private sector to address the housing needs of citizens and acknowledged the global housing policy embraced by the administration.

The group’s Director of Strategy and Planning, Emeka Onwuocha, affirmed Rainbow Heritage Group’s commitment to providing affordable and decent accommodation for the people of Anambra. He expressed the intention to set a standard in the state that other South-Eastern regions could emulate and encouraged individuals to invest with the group for a secure housing solution.
