Popular Kannywood director Aminu Bono has passed away.

Aminu Surajo Bono, a renowned director in the Kannywood film industry, has passed away.

On Monday evening, Aminu suddenly collapsed and was promptly taken to the hospital, where medical professionals confirmed his demise.

According to Muslim traditions, the late director will be laid to rest on Tuesday.

Actor Ali Nuhu, confirming the sad news in a Monday night Instagram post, expressed his condolences to Bono. Alongside a shared picture, he wrote, “May God shower Aminu S Bono with mercy and grant him a place in paradise as his final abode.”
