About the Role
We are hiring a Senior Executive UI/UX Engineer to lead the design of a highly technical AI-powered IT / GRC SaaS platform. This role sits at the intersection of AI systems, enterprise UX, compliance workflows, and customer-centric design.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end UI/UX for an AI-enabled GRC platform
- Design interfaces that explain AI-driven insights and risk scores
- Translate complex compliance and security workflows into intuitive UX
- Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams
- Build and maintain scalable design systems
- Balance usability with security, explainability, and auditability
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years professional UI/UX experience
- Enterprise/B2B SaaS product experience
- Experience with AI-powered or data-driven products
- Strong portfolio of shipped products
- Technical fluency and strong communication skills
- Availability during CST business hours
Portfolio Requirement

Pay: ₦1,800,000.00 – ₦2,500,000.00 per month
