Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Store Manager to oversee daily retail operations at the Ujuestelo store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing store staff, driving sales, ensuring excellent customer experience, and maintaining smooth day-to-day store operations in a fashion retail environment.
Responsibilities
Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
Supervise and coordinate store staff to ensure productivity and professionalism
Drive sales performance and ensure store targets are met
Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries or complaints
Monitor inventory levels, stock replenishment, and product displays
Maintain visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines
Handle cash management, POS operations, and daily sales reconciliation
Ensure store cleanliness, orderliness, and safety standards
Prepare and submit daily and weekly sales and stock reports
Requirements
Minimum of 1–3 years’ experience in retail, fashion store management, or a similar role
Strong leadership and people-management skills
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask, organize, and work under minimal supervision
Basic knowledge of sales reporting and inventory management
Resides within Lekki Phase 1 axis or nearby environs
BSc, ND, or HND in any relevant field
