Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Performance
- Own and improve revenue targets and sales KPIs.
- Increase close rates and appointment show-up rates.
- Monitor pipeline performance and identify bottlenecks.
- Develop accurate sales forecasting systems.
Sales Process Optimization
- Improve lead qualification and follow-up processes.
- Design and implement scalable sales systems.
- Standardize sales scripts and workflows.
- Optimize HubSpot CRM usage and reporting.
Team Coaching & Development
- Lead and mentor setters and closers.
- Conduct regular sales call reviews.
- Establish performance accountability systems.
- Recommend hiring and team structure improvements.
Conversion Rate Improvement
- Improve discovery calls and objection handling.
- Maintain ethical and customer-focused sales practices.
- Personally close strategic deals when necessary.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Marketing and Product teams.
- Improve lead quality and sales messaging.
- Support customer acquisition and event conversion strategies.
- Share customer insights with leadership teams.
Reporting & Analytics
- Build sales dashboards and reporting systems.
- Analyze performance trends.
- Conduct experiments to improve sales results.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience
Successful candidates should have:
- Proven experience leading high-ticket sales teams.
- Strong background in sales coaching and performance management.
- Experience managing remote sales teams.
- Deep understanding of CRM platforms such as HubSpot.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
