Kemi Badenoch, the Conservative leader, has fully embraced being called a “culture warrior.” In a recent speech in Washington DC, she mentioned that her grandfather told her she’s descended from warriors, so she’s “keeping up the tradition.”

Badenoch’s comments came after meeting with Speaker of the US House of Representatives Mike Johnson, as she seeks to build alliances with senior Republicans. She’s also expressed her commitment to defending Conservative principles and tradition, stating “if we don’t defend our culture, who will?”

It’s worth noting that Badenoch has previously resisted the “culture warrior” label, but now seems to have fully accepted it. Her leadership campaign focused on defending Conservative principles, and she’s shown no signs of backing down.
