Judge Rejects Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ Second Bail Application

Diddy Denied Bail in Sex Trafficking Case

New York, NY: Sean “Diddy” Combs, the renowned music mogul, has been denied bail for a third time in connection with sex trafficking and racketeering charges. The decision was made by a federal judge on Wednesday, despite Combs’ legal team’s argument that he should be released on bail, citing a similar case involving former Abercrombie CEO Mike Jeffries.

Prosecutors, however, argued that the nature and circumstances of the offenses in the two cases were significantly different. They highlighted the allegations of violence, firearms use, and racketeering against Combs, which were not present in Jeffries’ case.

The indictment against Combs alleges that he sexually abused women and coerced them into drug-fueled sex parties through threats and violence. He has pleaded not guilty to all charges.

As the legal proceedings continue, public attention remains focused on the case, with allegations against Combs mounting since late last year. The trial is scheduled to begin on May 5, 2025.
