JAMB to release the results for 379,000 UTME resit candidates this Wednesday.

The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) announced that the results of the rescheduled Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME), held from Friday, May 16 to Monday, May 19, will be released on Wednesday, May 21.

JAMB rescheduled the exam after discovering technical issues caused incorrect results for some candidates and irregularities during the test.

This year, over 1.9 million candidates sat for the UTME, but more than 1.5 million scored below 200 out of 400, causing concern among stakeholders.
