Governor Dapo Abiodun Inaugurates 42 Commissioners and Advisers

Governor Dapo Abiodun of Ogun State administered the oath of office to a group of 20 commissioners and 22 special advisers on Friday. This swearing-in ceremony, held at the Obas Complex in Oke-Mosan, Abeokuta, followed the approval of these appointments by the Ogun State House of Assembly.

During the event, Governor Abiodun refrained from disclosing the specific portfolios assigned to the appointees. However, he hinted at the possibility of creating new ministries to accommodate additional individuals in his cabinet.

In his address after the oath-taking, the governor urged the newly sworn-in officials to prepare themselves for the challenges that lie ahead. He emphasized that their appointments represent a unique privilege and a strong call to serve the people of Ogun State.
