“Expressing unwavering loyalty, even in death, to Governor Akeredolu,” a Special Adviser in Ondo resigns from his position.

Dare Aragbaiye, the Special Adviser on Union Matters to the late Governor of Ondo State, Rotimi Akeredolu, has tendered his resignation.

Aragbaiye submitted his resignation on Wednesday afternoon, just a few hours following the passing of the state governor, Rotimi Akeredolu. He stated:

“I have arrived at my decision due to the tragic passing of my leader, to whom I remain loyal even in death.

“I express my sincere gratitude to His Excellency for the opportunity he provided me to serve in his administration, initially as the Head of Service and later as Special Adviser.”

The Ondo state governor, Rotimi Akeredolu died in the early hours of Wednesday, December 27, 2023, after a prolonged battle with Leukemia.
