Tottenham Hotspur coach, Ange Postecoglou, has shared insights into his team’s dominant 3-0 victory over Manchester United in Sunday’s Premier League match.
Postecoglou witnessed Brennan Johnson open the scoring for Spurs early in the first half. Manchester United’s captain, Bruno Fernandes, was sent off in the 42nd minute, leaving United with 10 men. Spurs then sealed the win with additional goals from Dejan Kulusevski and Dominic Solanke, securing all three points at Old Trafford.
Speaking to the BBC post-match, Postecoglou praised his team’s control and performance against Erik ten Hag’s side.
“Today, the performance was outstanding,” Postecoglou said. “We managed the game well, and every player put in an exceptional effort.”
