Prominent Nigerian radio personality, Do2dtun, has asserted that the denial of access to his children contributed to the untimely demise of the late Nollywood actor, Saint Obi.
Expressing his disapproval of using children as tools in disputes between partners, Do2dtun shared details of his conversation with Saint Obi’s family, revealing that the actor passed away in his family residence in Jos.
In a post on his official platform, Do2dtun emphasized the importance of recognizing children as individuals with rights, condemning the act of denying them access to a parent. He urged for a shift in mindset, emphasizing that children are not possessions to be controlled by one person.
Citing the tragic outcome in Saint Obi’s case, Do2dtun underscored the severe toll that the denial of parental access and ongoing disputes took on the actor, ultimately leading to his demise. He concluded by condemning the use of children as weapons in conflicts, asserting that those who engage in such tactics are, in fact, the losers in the larger context.
