Cassie, the former girlfriend of the renowned American rapper and music executive, Sean Combs, also known as Diddy, has made serious accusations against him, including rape and a decade-long history of physical abuse.
In a lawsuit filed in the Federal District Court in Manhattan, the singer, who was once signed to Diddy’s record label, alleges that he supplied her with drugs, subjected her to physical violence, and coerced her into engaging in sexual acts with multiple male prostitutes while he recorded the incidents.
The lawsuit further claims that in 2018, towards the end of their relationship, Diddy forcibly entered her home and sexually assaulted her.
In response, Diddy’s attorney, Ben Brafman, vehemently refuted these allegations, stating that the rapper denies the charges. Brafman revealed that Cassie had previously demanded $30 million from Diddy, suggesting it was a bribe to prevent her from writing a book about their relationship. This demand was unequivocally rejected as blatant blackmail.
Brafman contends that despite Cassie withdrawing her initial threat, she has now resorted to filing a lawsuit filled with unfounded and outrageous falsehoods, seemingly aimed at damaging Mr. Combs’s reputation and seeking financial gain
