Burna Boy is set to grace the stage at the 2024 Grammy Awards for a live performance

Nigerian artist Damini Ogulu, widely recognized as Burna Boy, has been included in the list of performers for the 2024 Grammy Awards. The announcement, featuring the ‘African Giant’ sensation, was made on Monday morning by the Recording Academy, alongside Luke Combs and Travis Scott.

The Recording Academy shared the exciting news on their official Twitter handle, stating, “Attention: African Giant @BurnaBoy will grace the #GRAMMYs stage on Sunday, February 4th at 8 PM ET / 5 PM PT on @CBS.”

Earlier announcements featured other artists such as Olivia Rodrigo, Billie Eilish, and Dua Lipa.

It’s worth noting that Burna Boy has secured nominations in three categories at the 66th Grammys—Best Melodic Rap Performance for ‘Sittin’ On Top Of The World,’ Best Global Music Performance for ‘Alone,’ and Best African Music Performance for ‘City Boys.’ The 66th Grammy Awards are scheduled to take place on Sunday, February 4, 2024, at Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles.
