Borno Governor, Zulum, excludes Christians and their communities from Nigerian government’s N3billion palliatives – Centre for Justice claims

The Center for Justice on Religious And Ethnicity in Nigeria (CJREN) has accused Borno State Governor, Babagana Zulum, of deliberately excluding Christians in the state from benefiting from Federal Government palliatives. The CJREN Director-General, Reverend Kallamu Dikwa, alleges that Christians are consistently left out of assistance and palliative programs, including the N3 billion given by President Bola Tinubu for those affected by Boko Haram. Dikwa also claims that the Christian community in Gwoza Local Government Area, particularly in IDP camps, has not received adequate support, and he attributes the demolition of EYN-Church of the Brethren in Nigeria, Moduganari, to Governor Zulum. The Borno State government has not yet responded to these allegations.
