An 18-year-old boy ignited a fire at a residence in Ilorin after stealing food items.

Rapper Folarin Falana, known as Falz, has given social activist VeryDarkMan 24 hours to apologize and retract his comments regarding him.

On September 24th, VeryDarkMan released an alleged audio conversation between Bobrisky and a male friend. In the recording, Bobrisky claimed to have spoken with Falz while in prison, stating that both Falz and his father, Femi Falana, SAN, attempted to secure him a presidential pardon.

In his response, VeryDarkMan expressed his disgust towards Falz and his father for their association with Bobrisky and questioned Falz’s integrity.

Falz, through a statement from his father’s law firm, confirmed that Bobrisky reached out to him on May 4, requesting N3 million to book a VIP section in prison. He stated he refused to provide any money and criticized VeryDarkMan’s comments, which he claims depict him as a homosexual and suggest he is undermining justice for financial gain.

He also accused VeryDarkMan of portraying him as a fraudulent human rights activist without attempting to hear his side of the story.

Through his lawyers, Falz has demanded an immediate retraction of the “offensive and derogatory publication” along with a public apology on all platforms where it was shared. They have warned that if VeryDarkMan fails to comply within 24 hours, they will pursue legal action, including claims for monetary damages.
