Man Dies Mysteriously in Ogun Hotel Room

Sagamu, Ogun State – A 51-year-old man, identified as Sunday Abidoye, was found dead in a hotel room in Sagamu, Ogun State. The incident occurred on Wednesday, November 20, 2024, at the Creestar Hotel in the GRA area of the city.

According to the Ogun State Police Command, the deceased’s brother, Jimoh Godday, reported that Abidoye had recently returned from the United States. Godday had attempted to contact his brother on Monday but received no response. Upon entering the hotel room, he discovered the lifeless body.

Police investigations revealed that various drugs and traditional medicines were found in the room, suggesting that Abidoye may have been ill. An autopsy will be conducted to determine the exact cause of death.

The Ogun State Police Command has assured the public that a thorough investigation is underway to unravel the circumstances surrounding the tragic incident.
