American actor Duane Martin is choosing not to address the allegation suggesting that he engaged in anal sex with Will Smith. The claim surfaced when Brother Bilaal, a former assistant to Will Smith, made the statement during an interview with controversial blogger Tasha K. Bilaal asserted that he walked in on Will Smith engaging in anal sex with Duane Martin. In response, Will Smith, 55, promptly issued a statement denying any sexual involvement with the 58-year-old actor from “The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air.”

A spokesperson for Will Smith informed TMZ that the entire story is “completely fabricated,” and a source hinted at the possibility of Smith considering legal action. Jada Pinkett, Will Smith’s wife, confirmed that her husband is pursuing legal action against the party making the claim about his alleged involvement with Duane Martin.

Despite the controversy, sources close to Duane Martin have conveyed to TMZ that he has no intentions of publicly addressing the allegations, deeming them as absurd.
