Omar Marmoush has picked the opening goal from his hat-trick against Newcastle United as his favorite, as Manchester City cruised to a commanding 4-0 victory in the Premier League.

The Egyptian forward, who arrived at City in January, lit up the Etihad Stadium with his first goals for the club, completing a stunning first-half hat-trick in just 14 minutes.

Marmoush’s second goal came from a powerful strike at the near post, while his third was a composed finish off Savinho’s cross. However, it was his first goal—a brilliant lob over Martin Dubravka after expertly controlling Ederson’s long pass—that stood out the most for the 26-year-old.

“Yeah, of course, it’s a very, very special day,” he told City TV in his post-match interview.

“It’s the first hat-trick of my career, and I want to thank my teammates, the staff, and the coach for helping me achieve this moment.

“They made me feel like part of this family from day one, and I’m truly happy.

“I think my first goal is my favorite because it was my first for City. The feeling was unbelievable, especially in this atmosphere and in this stadium—it was really special.”
